Easy and Simple Evaluation Tool

There’s a simple and easy tool for evaluating decisions, a version of which I always share with buyers. It’s also a great way to tap into your intuition with ANY decision.

Ask yourself: Does this feel heavy or light?

The key is to stop and instead of letting your mind answer, FEEL the answer.

Here’s the thing. I don’t care whether the decision is about a house, a relationship or what to have for lunch. Anything that feels heavy right now, is only going to get heavier and heavier as time goes on.

This simple question cuts through the mental justification process and allows you to tune into your heart. Or gut, or inner knowing, higher wisdom whatever you’d like to call it.

Try it the next time you have a decision to make. I use this myself ALL the time and it’s simple but very effective at slicing through bs to what feels most right and true for me.

The other version of this is: If it’s not a hell yes, it’s a no.
