Podcast Interview about Divorce, Resilience and Empowerment

I was recently interviewed for an episode of the Your Oxygen Mask First Podcast. As there’s truly no such thing as coincidence, these past few years have highlighted the importance of taking care of myself as crucial to my well being.

Indeed, the advice I’d give my younger self would be to “put on your own damn mask first!”.
