Favorite Friday – The Four Mile Creek Greenway in South Charlotte

4 mile creek greenway 2This week’s favorite is Charlotte’s Four Mile Creek Greenway, whether it’s for a walk, run, or even walking a dog this is a beautiful place to get outside and enjoy the outdoors!

With a recently added dedicated parking lot at the Shops at Piper Glen it’s now even easier to access this south Charlotte natural sanctuary.

Really any season is a great time to explore this greenway – but even during the summer there’s plenty of shade, which is important in the Carolina heat!

You can access this local greenway from the Piper Glen lot OR the dedicated parking lot on Johnston Rd just north of Ballantyne.

Added bonus – grab a drink at the Piper Glen Starbucks as a midway or end of journey treat!

But this isn’t just about my favorites, I want to hear yours too!!! What’s one of your favorite local parks, businesses, places or anything else local?

I’m always looking for new favorites and the best way to discover new ones is by sharing 🙂
