Sweet Potato Baked Oatmeal, Yum!

sweet potato oatmealSweet potatoes, bananas, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and just a little maple syrup combine into an AWESOME breakfast (or whenever) dish!

I love sweet potato casserole and also love oatmeal, this recipe from Oh She Glows combines them and it really works!!!

There’s also no sugar in this recipe which I think is an added bonus, just a little maple syrup.

I made this the other night for breakfast the next day and it really was great cold but can also be re-heated.

Love sweet potatoes and oatmeal, give this one a try! For the original recipe, Sweet Potato and Oatmeal Breakfast Casserole

Happy Friday and Have a Great Weekend 🙂
