The available homes for sale are LOWER than last month, but still make up the biggest piece of all neighborhood real estate activity.

The amount of Under Contract homes (indication of upcoming sales) is UP which does indicate recent Buyer activity but there are still plenty of options available in the Lansdowne neighborhood.

The neighborhood real estate inventory level is DOWN from last month but still well ABOVE balanced conditions at a 12 month supply of homes for sale – supply/choices for home buyers is still much HIGHER than recent demand/sales activity.
