If You Have Something Nice To Say, Say It!

We’ve all heard the expression “if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all” but how often do we turn that around?

I think it’s a different mindset and instead of focusing on keeping nasty comments to yourself (which isn’t bad advice), look for the opportunity to say something nice.

No, not making up false compliments or saying something you don’t mean but really and truly taking the opportunity to express thanks or sincerely compliment someone.

Doesn’t have to be any grand gesture, simple and sincere go a long way and really you never know, it just might make someone else’s day!

So if you have something nice to say to or about someone…say it 🙂

And on this Veteran’s Day – THANK YOU to all who have served and are serving our country!!!!
