All you do is layer crescent rolls (unrolled and just pinched together) on the bottom of a baking dish (I used an 8×8 pan since I made a smaller batch), mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract and spread that over the bottom layer. Unroll and place another layer of crescent rolls on top, finish with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar – bake for 20 to 30 minutes and it’s done!
The original recipe makes a larger portion but I cut it in half and used:
1 container of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8 oz) pkg of cream cheese – use light if you prefer
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbs butter, melted
Cinnamon and Sugar for sprinkling on top, use as much or as little as you like – I didn’t measure exactly and I love cinnamon so was pretty liberal with it
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. I did this in a toaster oven and it came out fine. Enjoy!
