Anna Banana posted a recipe for her Peanut Butter and Chocolate Banana Bread a few months ago.
Yeah, it’s taken me a while to try it but OMG, so good!!!! Definitely a winner and if you like peanut butter or chocolate, you’ll love this.
Now, being me I did make a couple of substitutions to the original recipe:
– instead of sugar I used 2/3 to 3/4 cup of honey (I just prefer to use honey whenever possible)
– used dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate
– because of the honey sub, I slightly reduced the amount of milk and lowered the baking temp to 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 15-20 minutes
– also used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose
