Flying Biscuit Cafe in Charlotte NC

The Flying Biscuit Cafe is a cool place that serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner all day!  While I’ve only had their breakfast options so far this place has made it onto my list of go to places for tasty food and friendly service.

There are two Flying Biscuit locations in Charlotte – at the Park Road Shopping Center (next door to Blackhawk Hardware) and at Stonecrest in the Ballantyne area.

I’ve tried the Hollywood omelette which includes egg whites and veggies.  Also really tasty is the french toast, made with whole wheat bread and topped with a yummy raspberry sauce.

Biscuits are served with a divine apple butter concoction – I could eat that as a meal by itself!

The original Flying Biscuit Cafe is in Atlanta and there are now locations from Florida, through Georgia, the two in Charlotte and one in Raleigh NC. The place doesn’t really feel like a chain though and if I hadn’t known it I wouldn’t have guessed there were locations elsewhere.

Looking for a neat place to grab a tasty meal including breakfast any time of day?  Check out the Flying Biscuit Cafe at Park Road Shopping Center or Stonecrest in Charlotte NC.
