Naked Paneling Is Not A Turn On for Home Buyers

If you have paneling in your home you may be tempted to leave it naked so it can show off all its glory to home buyers coming to view your Charlotte NC home for sale.

Don’t do it!!!!

Naked paneling is not a turn on for home buyers. Please put a couple of coats of paint on it – it’ll make a dramatically different impression than if it’s left in it’s original “glory”.

If you have paneling in your Charlotte NC home, you don’t have to replace it and you may enjoy the view of naked paneling but home buyers won’t.

Original (unpainted) paneling – is dark, closes in a room and makes it appear smaller, not to mention really outdated.

Paneling with a couple coats of paint – opens and brightens up that space, allowing buyers to get a better feel for how large the room actually is – and it looks much more fresh and clean!

Got paneling?  Go get some paint and give it a makeover.  Whatever you do, don’t leave it naked when trying to sell your Charlotte NC home!
