There is a house that has spent more than 15 HUNDRED days on the market in Charlotte NC over the past four years or so. And I’m sure it’s not the only example.
I’m exhausted just thinking about that. Several different local Charlotte NC real estate agents and firms (because clearly they must be the problem) later and you’ve spent almost all of that time on the market, never under contract, never any closer to actually selling. Aren’t you tired???
I guess it’s just me but I think after a year or so, maybe 6 months I’d consider it might be time to do something a little differently.
After 4 YEARS….whatever you are doing clearly isn’t working. Oh wait that’s not true, you have succeeded in making your house a staple on the local Charlotte NC real estate market. Silly me, I thought the goal was to join the Sold category!
Oh, and think buyers don’t know about your astounding time on the Charlotte NC real estate market? Think again…..most agents are smart enough to pull the listing history (it’s really easy, just one click!) and share that info with our buyer clients.
Maybe the buyers will be impressed at your staying power. Or maybe they’ll realize you clearly have incredible
unrealistic expectations dedication to keep holding out for something the market’s already rejected. Over. And over. And over again.
Having a home spend over 1500 days on the Charlotte NC real estate market isn’t really something to be proud of and while you probably wouldn’t advertise that info, it’s much easier for agents (and their buyers) to find than you might think!
