Your Charlotte NC Home’s Been On The Market For A Month With NO Showings? Something’s Wrong….

If your Charlotte NC home has been on the market for (almost) a month with NO showings, there’s definitely something wrong.

In some cases it’s actually really simple to figure out the problem.
It’s not lack of buyers, not the time of year, not even your pricing.

The problem?
Oh yeah, you won’t allow showings yet, they’re “coming soon”…along with photos apparently.

You (and your house) aren’t ready for the market so it baffles me why you’re even on the market.
Well I guess technically the house is listed but with no photos and no showings allowed that’s debatable too.  I bet the competing homes are happy that buyers don’t have yours to choose from though!

When preparing to sell a home in Charlotte NC there IS a lot of prep work involved.
Make sure that’s all done before your home is actually on the market.  Really if we’ve signed a listing agreement, we can very easily adjust the date if things take longer than expected.

Don’t let your home enter the local Charlotte NC real estate market before it’s ready!!!
There’s definitely something wrong with that and more importantly it’s not going to get you any closer to actually selling.

It might help sell your competition though….
