Made these Nutella cheesecake bars yesterday and they are beyond AMAZING, I’m in love!
The flavors aren’t overpowering and blend together just beautifully. It’s easy to prepare and put together, either using a food processor or mixing by hand (which I did), and crushing the graham crackers in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
It does take a little planning ahead so you can make sure the cream cheese is room temperature before mixing, and it needs to chill after baking – recipe says chill for at least 3 hours but overnight is better. Of course I waited just 3 hours and had to try it 🙂 Would be a great make ahead dessert for entertaining.
What you’ll need to make the Nutella Cheesecake bars:
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
Chocolate graham crackers
