I’m easily bored when it comes to working out. Doing the same routine or even running the same route gets old very quickly.
A while ago I found the Acacia Facebook page and it turns out they have a really awesome feature called the “weekly five“. Each week they post 5 different workout segments that you can view for free!
Everything from pilates to yoga, strength training and cardio. It’s a super cool way to check out and try a variety of workouts…without having to buy tons of dvds that you may not end up liking!
