Christmas Snow in Charlotte NC

The view from my front door this morning

While it didn’t snow here in Charlotte during the daylight hours on Christmas, after sunset the snow did arrive and continued into the next morning creating a picture perfect morning landscape!

It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen a decent snowfall here in Charlotte NC and the fact that this one arrived on Christmas made it even more special.  As with most “southern” snows, the roads may be tricky for a day or so but more than likely we’ll be back in the 50’s or 60’s later this week.
For now though…’s a winter wonderland outside!!!

Hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend and had a very Merry Christmas!
