NEW listing activity and SOLD activity for single family homes in Southeast Charlotte NC both declined again in November 2010
UNDER CONTRACT (future sales indicator) activity increased in November 2010 for the first time since early spring.
Still, the under contract and sold activity for single family homes in Southeast Charlotte NC were both lower than the same time a year ago – LESS demand.
The 37 home sales in Southeast Charlotte that closed in November 2010 had an average sales price of $314,026, just slightly higher than a year ago.
The overall average home sales price since November of 2009 has been $328,008.
As of this posting there are still nearly 700 available homes for sale in the Southeast Charlotte NC region priced from under $100k to over $4 million.
