– had an average sales price of $277,438 (range was $225,000 to $343,000)

– spent an average of 166 days on the market (range was 54 days to 354 days)

– sold for an average of 90.9% of the Original List Price (range was 80% to 98.3%)

seller paid closing cost concessions of $4,000 to $5,000 were included in 5 of the 8 recent home sales

The majority of recent home sales activity for the Lansdowne neighborhood has been in the $200’s and only 1 of the recently sold homes had a sales price above $300k.  However, as of this posting the under contract activity is at the upper $300’s which is a departure from the recent neighborhood real estate sales trend.
