The recent real estate inventory trend in Charlotte NC’s Olde Providence neighborhood is an increasing supply of homes for sale.

The recently slowing pace of neighborhood home sales, coupled with an increase in the amount of available real estate listings has led to a rising real estate inventory.

As of October 2010 there is a 10 month supply of homes for sale in Charlotte NC’s Olde Providence neighborhood – well above balanced real estate market conditions.

As a guideline:
Less than 6 month supply: favors Sellers
6 month supply: Balanced
More than 6 month supply: favors Buyers

After peaking in the springtime, the Olde Providence real estate inventory decreased in the summer months and has recently started rising again into the Fall of 2010.

The homes for sale in Charlotte NC’s Olde Providence neighborhood are priced from just under $200k to the low $300’s.
