Animal Adoption Event at South Park Mall in Charlotte NC

Charlotte’s Animal Care and Control Department will be hosting an animal adoption event tomorrow, October 2nd 2010 at the South Park Mall in center court.

If you or someone you know is considering adopting a pet, the South Park event will be held from 10am till 4pm and will feature adoptable dogs and cats who are searching for a forever home.

The South Park pet adoption events are held the first Saturday of each month by the Animal Care and Control’s Staff as well as volunteers.

If you can’t make it to the South Park pet adoption, consider visiting the Animal Care and Control’s website to view the adoptable pets or making a visit to the shelter at 8315 Byrum Dr Charlotte NC 28217, which is open 11am-7pm Mon-Fri and 11am-5pm Sat/Sun.

All of our pets are rescues, and we adopted most of them from the Charlotte Animal Care and Control Center.  Brady is in this pic, just chillin.  He was super skittish and shy when we brought him home but now he’s happy as could be and a total lap cat!
