The supply of homes for sale in Charlotte NC’s Olde Providence neighborhood edged upward in September 2010 to just over an 8 month real estate inventory.
While that’s still below the springtime peak it’s a sign that the sales pace for the neighborhood has been slowing and indicates strengthening buyer favored real estate market conditions after several months of falling real estate inventory levels.
Right now there’s only 1 under contract Olde Providence real estate listing and 18 available Olde Providence Homes for Sale. With the minimal under contract activity, the neighborhood real estate inventory level is likely to increase in the short-term.
As a guideline:
Less than 6 month supply: favors Sellers
6 Month Supply: Balanced
More than 6 month supply: favors Buyers
Available Olde Providence homes for sale are priced from the low $200’s through the low $300’s. To view the latest neighborhood real estate market report, including recent sales activity visit: Olde Providence neighborhood in Charlotte NC- Real Estate Market September 2010.
