Real estate inventory levels in Charlotte NC’s Olde Providence neighborhood have been trending downward since a springtime peak of nearly 13 months worth of homes for sale.
As of August 2010 the neighborhood real estate inventory is at a 7.8 month supply of homes for sale – just above balanced real estate market conditions.
As a guideline:
More than a 6 month supply: favors Buyers
6 month supply: Balanced
Less than a 6 month supply: favors Sellers
For all of 2010 (so far) the Olde Providence neighborhood real estate inventory has been above balanced real estate market conditions, favoring home Buyers with the amount of available options.

That indicates a slowing pace of successfully SOLD neighborhood homes coming in the near future and is an additional factor favoring qualified home buyers considering Homes for Sale in the Olde Providence Neighborhood in Charlotte NC.
The Olde Providence neighborhood real estate inventory trends since late fall of last year have followed a seasonal pattern – highest supply during the springtime.
