The current supply of Providence Plantation homes for sale is greater than the rate at which homes are successfully selling in this south Charlotte NC neighborhood.
The Providence Plantation neighborhood in Charlotte NC includes quite a wide range of real estate price points. The highest levels of available, under contract and recent real estate sales activity in Providence Plantation have been in the $300,000 and $400,000 price ranges.
While the overall real estate climate in the Providence Plantation neighborhood is one of elevated real estate inventory, there are a few exceptions. In the $200,000, $400,000 and $500,000 price points, recent real estate sales and under contract activity are equal to or greater than the amount of available Providence Plantation homes for sale.
At the other end of the spectrum, real estate inventory is far above any sales/under contract activity in the $600,000, $700,000 and over the $900,000 price points leading to a very strong buyer favored real estate market for those price points.

– spent an average of 184 days on the market before going under contract (range was 36 days to 823 days)
– sold for an average of 87.9% of the original list price (range was 46.4% to 100%)
The majority of the 25 recently sold real estate listings in the Providence Plantation neighborhood did NOT include seller paid closing costs. When seller paid closing costs were included (for 8 of the recently sold real estate listings) the range was $2,950 to $9,000.
