   The 21 available Cameron Wood homes for sale in Charlotte NC range in price from $209,900 to $424,900 and include ranch, 1.5 story and 2 story home styles.

   For Charlotte NC’s Cameron Wood neighborhood in general, the current real estate market conditions are in buyer favored territory with the overall amount of available homes outpacing the successfully sold real estate listings in recent months.  There is currently a 10.5 month supply of Cameron Wood homes for sale.

    As of November 25, 2009 there are 3 Cameron Wood real estate listings under contract with list prices from $249,900 to $389,000.

   The Cameron Wood neighborhood in Charlotte NC offers a variety of price ranges and the lowest supply of available Cameron Wood homes for sale continues to be below the $250,000 threshold.
