Home Maintenance Calendar for Your Home In Charlotte NC

Now that the frenzy of the holidays are over and we’re in the middle of January, it’s a good time to think about maintenance for your Charlotte NC home.

Home maintenance is an ongoing process but by tackling small tasks on a monthly basis it doesn’t have to be overwhelming.  With shorter days and colder weather (24 degrees today!!!), now is a great time to focus on the interior of your home.  From paint (yes, painting is a maintenance item) to minor repairs, winter is ideal for indoor projects around the house.

Reorganizing and cleaning out clutter is also a key part of home maintenance – you know, the closet that hides things you haven’t seen or used since you moved in!
