Buying and selling a Charlotte NC home is not just business, it’s very personal to the buyer/seller and it should be personal for their agent! For each and every buyer and seller there is a personal story, history, goals (short and long term), fears, concerns and hopes that are intertwined with the purchase or sale of a home.
We can talk all day long about your criteria in a home or the features your home has to offer, but getting to know you and your specific goals, expectations, fears, concerns, past experiences is also crucial. At the same time, it’s just as important for you to get to know us. Relationships are a partnership and real estate relationships shouldn’t be any different.
Perhaps it’s just my point of view but service, support and keeping client’s individual needs paramount are not optional, they’re an essential element in every real estate relationship. This (personal) “business” of helping people buy and sell Charlotte NC homes wouldn’t be the same without it.
